I'm so sorry that I was unable to attend the memorial for Doris. She was always a beautiful girl who cared deeply about her family. I always admired her mother and dad. Her mother made beautiful clothes for her 3 girls, who always looked so nice. Her dad was a hard-working man who cared about his family. I know all the family will miss her greatly. You have my deepest sympathy.

Dearest Loving Cousins and families, Too many years have gone by without contact but only night before last I was thinking of you all and wishing we were in touch; but not this way, and not at this time. This is so painful as it's only been on such occasions we've made contact.
I am sorry to hear Doris had been declining in health, and then released with a notice of such short expectations. I hope she knew from our last contacts, that she was loved and memories of our childhood still are with me. Two nights ago I was holding pictures in my hands of your Daddy, my dearest Uncle Leman. I have a picture of him with my dad in our living room across from my chair.
My heart is with you and my love.
Had I ever seen this picture I would have told Doris I was envious as I could never have gotten mine that high.
"Those who have loved deeply cannot truly be separated. Love Joyce "Jo"
