Catherine Mae David, a resident of Tulsa, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 75. She was born December 29, 1940 in Henryetta, OK to Earl Ratley & Hazel (Potter) Ratley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gary David, daughter-in-law, Amy David, and uncle Tom Potter. Catherine is survived by her son, Jeff David & wife Stephanie of Tulsa, daughter, Alisa Menke & husband Steve of Rogers, Arkansas, five grandchildren, Katherine David of Oklahoma City, Aaron David of Tulsa, Jessica David of Tulsa, Morgan menke of Rogers, Arkansas, and Brooke Menke of Rogers, Arkansas, brother, Rev. Ronald "Butch" Ratley & wife Beverly of Kilbourne, Louisiana, sister, Karen Lucas of Norman, sister, Renea Allen & husband Richard of Henryetta, Oklahoma, mother-in-law, Cleo Cox of Oklahoma City, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 10:00 am, at Integrity Chapel In Henryetta, Oklahoma with Rev. Steve Yowell, officiating. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
