Wow didn't know about this part until now. First I want to thank all of you who commented or let a candle for my husband, so sorry I missed this for so long. My husband was a very unique and had loving radiant soul that just lit up my world and any one around him. He created a love in me I never knew existed in real life. I'm so proud of his accomplishments and the man he became a great loving father, husband, friend, up standing member of the church and so much more. Not many knew the man he became . He was a warrior, survivor and truly one of the strongest men I knew we nicked named him Mr. Extreme because he lived life to the fullest( never a dull moment) LOL. I am so very blessed and thank God daily to have had this amazing man as my husband , best friend , soul mate ,my everything and so much more for nearly 10 years in my life. I thank God for bringing us together. He completely has my heart and always will rest in peace my baby till I'm in your arms again so we can go cloud hopping together . I Love You Tommy Joe Van Meter always and forever. Thank you all again!

Tommy was a walking miracle! He had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back to help another person in need.
He loved his wife, his two biological children, his two step-children, his two grandchildren, and his nephew to the moon and back.
Remembering the good times and looking forward to when we meet in heaven. Until then, put in a good word for those of us down here and leave the light on for us.
Gone way too soon, but never forgotten! Tommy will live on in our hearts forever.
