I was sorry to hear of Reuben's passing. It was only a few weeks ago that I was telling my grandsons in Tulsa, who play basketball in elementary school, after one of their games that I used to play with a guy who had a lot of quickness on the basketball court, and told them about Reuben Starr. Reuben was a good athlete, a good team-mate, a class mate and a friend. Reuben was a very nice guy to all who knew him. He was always mild and friendly. I, too, got an accounting degree and have enjoyed the opportunities it has allowed me to pursue in my career. While we have not connected in a number of years, Reuben was a friend and I appreciated his friendship. I know he will be missed, but his legacy will live on...
