Tommy Joe VanMeter, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Sunday, April 09, 2017 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 32. He was born February 5, 1985 in Henryetta, OK to Tommy VanMeter & Judy (Hurn).

He was preceded in death by his father Tommy VanMeter, sister, April VanMeter, grandparents, David & Katherine VanMeter, Betty Henley, Catherine Brailey, and Raymond Hurn Sr.

Tommy is survived by his wife Melissa Smith-VanMeter of the home,
son, William David VanMeter of the home,
daughter, Haylee Lynn VanMeter of the home,
two step-sons, Austin Smith of Oregon,
step-daughter, Cheyenne Smith of Virginia,
granddaughter, Autumn Smith,
mother, Judy Hurn of Tulsa,
two sisters, Julie Titsworth of Okmulgee,
and Katrina VanMeter-Norris of Manford, Oklahoma,
special uncle, Hardy Henley & wife Shannon of Henryetta,
as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A private celebration of life will be held by Tommy's family.
