Thomas Odell Putman

Thomas Odell Putman Sr., a resident of Henryetta, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 85. He was born August 24, 1935 in Henryetta, OK to Herman Major Putman & Lottie (Frair) Putman.

Odell was a member of the First Church of The Nazarene in Henryetta.

He married Lola Charlene Glasgow on November 15, 1955 in Kennet, Missouri.

He worked, training horses and as a cement contractor for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Lottie Putman, brothers and sisters, Ruby Adkins, Junior Putman, Elmer Gene Putman, James Putman, Donnie Leona Putman, and Margaret Putman.

Odell is survived by his wife Lola Charlene Putman of the home,
son, Thomas Odell Putman, Jr. "Tommy" & wife Susan of the Wilson Community,
daughter, Debi Smith of Henryetta,
son. C. Danny Putman & wife Denise of Schulter,
daughter, Lisa Strickland & husband Doug of Keifer, Oklahoma,
daughter, Ann Campbell of Henryetta,
daughter, Amanda Sorrels & husband Chris of Henryetta,
son, Charles Putman & wife Angel of Henryetta,
twenty-six grandchildren, forty-five great grandchildren,
two great-great grandchildren,
brothers; William "Bill" Putman of Henryetta,
Don Putman of Henryetta,
and Glen Putman of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma,
two sisters; Ethel Lowe of Eufaula, Oklahoma,
and Linda Wells of Henryetta,
as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be from 5-8 pm on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Zachary Mayhew, Matthew Delk, Kody Putman, Tuff Putman, Baylor Campbell, Thomas Putman III, Danny Putman, Michael Fields, and Josh Thompson.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Integrity Chapel in Henryetta with Rev. Brad Campbell, officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
