Phyllis Juanita Stephens

Phyllis Juanita Stephens was born February 20, 1938, to Lee and Estola (Lane)
Billbe. She married Thomas (Billy) Stephens on June 20, 1959, in Wilson, OK.
Phyllis attended the Draughon's School of Business in Tulsa, OK where she
obtained her degree in Business. She worked at the Piggly Wiggly in Tulsa, OK and
IGA. She worked for the county treasurer office for about 15 years, before being
elected as Okmulgee County Treasurer where she served two consecutive terms before
retiring.

Preceded in death by her husband Thomas (Billy) Stephens, her Parents Lee and
Estola Billbe, one brother Lee Lane Billbe, grandson Willie Vance, granddaughters
Kasey and Rebecca Stephens.

She is survived by her children Sheryl England and husband Ernie of Henryetta,
OK, Christy Vance and husband Paul of Henryetta, OK, Jeff Stephens and wife Julie of Wilson, OK.
Grandchildren Natasha Snow and sons JC and Blake Snow of Henryetta, Brandon
England and wife Ella and children Brailee and Hunter of Henryetta, OK, Dane
England and wife Cassie and children Braxton, Callie, and Kadyn of Hoffman, OK,
Josh Stephens and wife Morgan and children Braden, Liam, and Tate of Morris,
OK, Justin Stephens and Misty and son Jaxon of Henryetta, OK, Andy Vance and
Kim and Daughter Alexandria of Henryetta, OK, Leah Settles and husband Dustin
of Washington and children Hunter and Aspen, Shelli Vance and children Garett,
Micheal, and Lucas of Norman, OK.
Brother Kenneth Billbe and wife Betty of Wilson, OK, Sister Gloria Marler of Afton,
OK, and Sister Illauna Brazwell and husband Lamar of Jay Florida, and host of
many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Viewing for Phyllis will be from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Monday, November 15, 2021 at Integrity Chapel with Reverend Steve Treagesser and Reverend Scottie Titsworth, officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Brandon England, Dane England, Josh Stephens, Justin Stephens, Andy Vance, and JC Snow' Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Blake Snow, Braxton England, Hunter England, Kadyn England, Braden Stephens, Liam Stephens, Tate Stephens, Jaxon Stephens.

Services and arrangements are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service, 410 East Trudgeon Street, Henryetta, Oklahoma.
