Peggy Johnson Obituary
Peggy Lou Rayburn Johnson age 72, left this world on Monday June 27, 2022 in a tragic house fire. The fire happened early in the morning and took the life of her husband, Bobbie Dale (Dale) Johnson as well.
Peggy was born July 8, 1949 and graduated from Graham High School. She married Bobbie Dale (Dale) Johnson in 1967 and shortly after, Peggy and Dale traveled to Germany with the United States Army. Upon returning to the city of Henryetta she became a barber and soon after a pillar of the community. She touched many lives through her talents as a barber. Peggy loved to travel and was up for most any adventure.
Preceded in death by James and Leona Rayburn- Father and Mother, Tony Rayburn – Brother.
She will be greatly missed by her daughter Stephanie Heck and son-in-law Tom Heck of Kissimmee, Florida, granddaughter Natahlia Austin of Dunn, North Carolina, Shirley Weese - Sister of Schulter, Oklahoma, June Pendley - Sister of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Linda Peters - sister and her husband Don Peters of Okemah, Oklahoma, Jim Rayburn – brother and wife Tammy of Dustin, Oklahoma, Clark Rayburn – brother and wife Sharon of Guthrie, Oklahoma as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A Memorial Service-Celebration of Life will be held July 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Integrity Funeral Home Chapel, 410 East Trudgeon Street, Henryetta, Oklahoma 74437.
Peggy will be missed dearly by many friends and family.
