Otis Jay Roberson

Otis Jay Roberson, a resident of Henryetta, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022, in Henryetta, Oklahoma at the age of 73. He was born March 11, 1949, in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Jess James Roberson and Quneta Winn Roberson.

He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the US ARMY.

Otis married Shirley Ann Yandle on April 2, 1971.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Quneta McLaughlin, father, Jess Roberson, and brothers: Carl Roberson, Melvin Roberson, Martin Robertson, and Glen Roberson.

Otis is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Roberson of the home; Nephews and nieces, Little Carl Roberson and wife Judy, Jay Roberson and son Tyler Roberson, Jonnie and Belinda Roberson, James and Sandra Roberson, Marty, Montie, and Tonya Robertson, Joe Roberson, Teddy Roberson and Cathy and Jeff Owen; Great nieces and nephews, Anna Woodell, Seth and Stephanie Woodell, Michelle and Dennis Smith, Matthew Roberson, Sophia and Connor Roberson, Abigail Roberson, Mary Beth and Isaac Tedlock and Joseph Harrison; Brother-in-law, Bill Yandle and wife Kay, their children, Bill Yandle Jr., Vance Yandle and wife Tara and their children Dakota and Brooke Page, Richard Yandle, and Cozetta Yandle and husband Mark and their son Jacob; Brother-in-law, Travis Welborn and wife and his two sons, Kelly Welborn and Moe Welborn and his wife Rebecca and their son Race Welborn as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Otis will be from 2:00 PM till 8:00 PM, Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Friday, May 27, 2022, at Integrity Chapel with Reverend Wesley VanMeter officiating. Interment will follow at Pierce Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
