Mary Louise Dodson, a longtime resident of Henryetta, died Friday, December 2, 2011 in Henryetta at the age of 70. She was born September 17, 1941 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Otis Crittington Kelly and Opal (Elmore) Kelly.
Mary married the love of her life, Charles Douglas Dodson on September 22, 1961 in Henryetta, Oklahoma.
Mary was a member of the Church Of Christ in Henryetta.
She was preceded in death by both her parents, Otis and Opal Kelly.
Mary is survived by her husband, Charles Douglas Dodson of the home;
daughter Mary Elizabeth Walker & husband Jeff of Owasso, OK;
son, Stephen Dodson & Wife Kimberlee of Henryetta;
daughter, Catherine Kearns & husband Harlon of Henryetta;
son, Bryan Dodson & wife Rachel of Henryetta;
11 grandchildren: Michael Ryals & wife Stephanie, Brandon Payne, Steven Ortman & wife Amy, Sonja Ortman, Shannon Ortman, Samantha Dodson, Kelly Walker, Haley Kearns, Shelby Kearns, Cody Kearns, and Bradley Dodson,
3 great grandchildren: Hayden, Rasmussen, Ava Ryals, and Kacen Casares,
2 sisters, Carol Barron of Henryetta;
and Arlene Rogers of Henryetta;
sister-in-law, Donna Norman & husband Bill of Jenks;
sister-in-law, Dorothy Akins & husband Carl of Keifer;
sister-in-law, Deborah Akins & husband Jim of Jenks;
and sister-in-law, Dianna Gorden & husband Earl of Jenks;
as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Stephen Dodson, Bryan Dodson, Michael Ryals, Jeff Walker, Brandon Payne, and Harlon Kearns. Honorary Pallbearers will be Steven Ortman and Shannon Ortman.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at the Church Of Christ in Henryetta with Rex Walcher officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta under direction of
Integrity Funeral Service.
