Margaret Lenker

Margaret Lenker, 89 of Henryetta, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022, in Henryetta, Oklahoma. She was born on August 13th, 1932, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania to Sara (Miller) and David Long.

Margaret was a member of the Church of Christ in Henryetta and loved attending church as well as garage sales, visiting with her children and going out to eat. She worked as a waitress for many years and also as a caregiver for those in the nursing home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Robert, David, and Leroy and three sisters, Clara, Betty and Eva.

Margaret is survived by two children, Sally Sinclair and husband Tim of Murphy, North Carolina, and Steve Makibbin and wife Elizabeth of Henryetta, Oklahoma. Four grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Paul and Ross. Eleven great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Also by numerous nieces and nephews.
