LaWanda Gail Redwine

LaWanda Gail Martin was born March 31st, 1961 to Amos Martin and Estalene (Chisholm) Martin. She left this earth to gain her heavenly wings on March 8th, 2020 at the age of 58 years. Gail grew up playing in the creek bottoms of Bogle Holler in Hanna, OK, where she attended school and graduated in 1979. Soon after, she began her family; having Daniel Burns in 1981 and daughter Ashley Burns in 1984. Gail spent several years as a CNA and Home Health Aide. Caring for others was a passion of hers. She loved to laugh and make others laugh with her quick wit and hilarious jokes. Her greatest achievement in life was becoming "Grammy". Her hobbies included, gardening, planting flower beds, collecting driftwood from the beaches of Lake Eufaula, riding horses, camping out, and floating the river with friends. But, her absolute favorite thing to do was spend time with her grandbabies.

She was preceded death by her parents Amos Martin & Estalene Chisholm-Fields and her Grandma Brown.
She is survived by her children, Daniel Burns & wife Jennifer of Hanna, OK and Ashley Burns Kubiak of Florida; seven grandchildren, Christopher Layman, Dakota Burns & Kaitlyn Burns, Justice Kubiak, and Morgan, Connor, and Gavin Kubiak; and three siblings, George Martin, Carl Martin, and Karen Calloway, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 11th, 2020 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm at Integrity Funeral Chapel.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00PM on Thursday March 12th, 2020 at First Baptist Church in Hanna Oklahoma with Dusty McKeefer officiating, interment will follow at Hanna Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.Dusty
