Kenneth Dale McKay, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014 in Muskogee, OK at the age of 62. He was born December 3, 1951 in Bakersfield, CA to Alvie Edward McKay & Eva Lee (Davis).
Dale served during the Vietnam War in the US Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Geneva McKay, brother Gary McKay, and brother Edward McKay.
Dale is survived by his son, Kenneth Edward McKay of Michigan City, Indiana, daughter, Jennifer Lynn McKay of Valparaiso, Indiana, son, Michael Scott McKay of Portage, Indiana, son, Tony McKay of Checotah, Oklahoma, daughter, Tammy McKay of Checotah, son, Johnne McKay of Oklahoma, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brother, Wayne McKay & wife Sheri of Rusk, Texas, brother, Donnie McKay of Henryetta, Oklahoma, brother, Steve McKay & wife Jody of Beaver, Pennsylvania, sister, Treva Treesh & husband Danny of Noble, Oklahoma, sister, Dwanna Robertson & husband Steve of Manhattan, Kansas, sister Nora McNatt of Chandler, Arizona, brother, Tom McKay of Chelsea, Oklahoma, sister, Vernia McIntosh of Tulsa, his ex-wife Connie Paris who was his caregiver, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends

Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 1:00pm at Integrity Chapel (410 East Trudgeon St.) in Henryetta with Rev. Steve Robertson, officiating. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
