John David Owen, Jr., a resident of rural Henryetta passed away Saturday, February 15th, 2020 in Tulsa at the age of 68. David was born November 8, 1951 in Okmulgee to John D. Owen Sr. and Gladys (Coker) Owen.
David was a graduate of Dewar High School. He worked as a construction foreman and also as an X-Ray technician with oil pipeline.
He is preceded by his parents, John and Gladys Owen.
He is survived by two sons: Danny Owen & wife Cheri of Henryetta;
Shawn Owen of Henryetta;
Four grandchildren: McKenzie Owen, Brylie Owen, Chad Owen & Rebecca Owen;
One sister, Betty Patterson of Henryetta;
Two brothers, Jimmy Owen of Henryetta;
Jerry Owen & wife Joann of Morris;
Also by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
A private services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are with Integrity Funeral Service.
