Obituary

Jimmy Grover Stacy, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020, in Tulsa at the age of 78. He was born May 27, 1942, in Pharoah, Oklahoma delivered to Elmer and Mildred (Sanders) Stacy by his grandmother, Lily Dearman Stacy.

In 2002, he married the love of his life, Linda (Susie) Darlene Grimes, who predeceased him by one year, one month and one day.

Jim was blessed with mechanical knowledge and there was nothing he could not fix. He worked for many years at Mack Truck, and Sun Oil Company in Tulsa before opening J & L Diesel in 1983. Jim will be remembered for his love for God and family, work ethic, kindness, generosity, friendship, and helping hand. He strongly believed in forgiveness and second chances.

He was a member of the Dewar United Pentecostal Church.
