Janie McElhannon Obituary
Janie Sue McElhannon passed away Friday, October 23rd 2020 at her home in Henryetta, Oklahoma at the age of 84. Janie was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her passing.
Janie married Charles (CH) McElhannon on May 19th, 1954 in Beggs, Oklahoma. They settled on a small farm in Henryetta where they started a family. She loved to cook and can from the family garden and was quite the collector of arts and crafts. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved spending time with all of her family.
She is preceded in death by:
Mother and father: Mary and Joe L. Blair Sr.
Husband: C. H. McElhannon
Son: Chuck (Charles H. II) McElhannon
Sisters: Juanita Schick, Phyllis Gasaway, Alchesta Brown and Nancy Carter
Brothers: Joe L. Blair Jr., William P. Blair and her twin brother John Owen Blair.
She is survived by:
Sisters: Virginia M. Curl and Mary Dixon and husband J.C.
Grandsons: Zack McElhannon, Chuck (Charles H. III) McElhannon and wife Meagan
Granddaughters: Caitlin Baker and husband Dale. Crystal Huelster and husband Randy. Elisha Sturdivan and husband Joe.
Great Grandchildren: Gunnar, Gabe and Gibson Baker, Clayton and Savannah Sturdivan, Heather and Trinity Huelster and CJ McElhannon
Daughter in Law: Stacia McElhannon
Son: Stephen McElhannon
