Janet Lee Sorrels passed away on October 10, 2023, in Henryetta, Oklahoma. She was born on February 7, 1952, to Billie (Adair) and Lester Olan Molton. Yet, her light continues to shine bright in the hearts of her family and friends who were blessed to know her.
Janet obtained her GED and was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening. Certain in her belief that there was no sight more satisfying than that of a seedling breaking through the ground after a patient wait, she dedicated ample time to her plants, watching them sprout and blossom.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Janet is survived by her daughter, Crystal Wells of Henryetta, Oklahoma, brother, Lester Olan Molton III, Florida, ex-husband, Jearol Leroy Sorrels of Henryetta, Oklahoma, grandchildren, Cheyenne Wells of Michigan and Cadence Sorrels of Henryetta, Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
