Jane Hurd

Jane Lee (Clark) Hurd, a resident Morris, and a former resident of Henryetta, and Lincoln, Nebraska passed away peacefully at her home in Morris, Oklahoma. Jane was born October 4th, 1948 to Donald and Harriet (Simons) Clark in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania.

Jane would meet and marry her high school sweetheart, Mike Hurd on September 9th, 1967 in Potterbrook, Pennsylvania. They would raise their four children together Jane was a very active woman, busy with her love of sewing and gardening. She worked many years as a Food Service Director. Jane had a passion for improving the lives of those around her, serving as a CASA volunteer and Activities Director at O.U.R. Homes in Nebraska.

Jane is survived by her husband, Mike Hurd; her sons; Michael Hurd II and Clark Hurd and wife Liza, her daughter Sarah Cates and husband Bryan; her granddaughters: Keeley Sharp and husband Hayden, Kameron Hurd, Abigaelle Schrader, Jessica Schrader, Autumn Elder, Mikayla Follen, Jae Loury, Kya Cates and Hailey Cates; Grandsons, Caleb Martin and wife Beth, Klinton Schrader, Waylen Schrader, Kale Hurd, Lance Loury, Dakota Cates and Skyler Cates: great-granddaughter Rilynn Bergman; two brothers; Jerry Clark and Eric Clark and wife Uleta and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Viewing and visitation will be from 4:00PM-8:00PM Wednesday, August 12th, 2020 at Integrity Funeral Service, Henryetta, Oklahoma

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00AM Thursday, August 13th at Trinity Baptist Church in Morris, Oklahoma, with interment to follow at Morris Cemetery.
