George Runyan Obituary
George William Runyan, 86, a resident of Henryetta, Oklahoma passed away Friday, January 22nd, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. George was born February 4th, 1934 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Sallie Lou (Christian) and Walter Hubert Runyan
George served in the United States Army and was a self employed printer his whole life. He owned his own printing business in Mobile, Alabama before moving back to Oklahoma to help care for his family. He loved working his cattle and spending time outdoors. One of his great joys were meeting up at McDonald's for coffee and conversation with his buddies.
George is preceded in death by his parents and brother Walter Richard Runyan.
Those left behind to cherish George's memory are is son Donald Runyan of Henryetta, daughter Theresa Ferguson and Husband Stanley of Germantown, Maryland, grandchildren: John Gardner and wife Mandy of Potomac, Maryland ,Nicholas Langston and wife Amanda of Germantown, Maryland and Ragan Runyan of Henryetta, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren: Jaxon Gardner, Ashtyn Gardner, Greyson Gardner and Addisyn Gardner and niece: Katie Runyan and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
Services under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service, 410 East Trudgeon, Henryetta, Oklahoma
Visitation and viewing will be Friday, January 29th, 2021 from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. at Integrity Funeral Service, Henryetta, Oklahoma
Graveside services will be held at a later date.
