Donna Jo Maxwell

Donna Jo Maxwell, 46 of Hoffman, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at her home in Hoffman surrounded by family. She was born December 1, 1973 in Oklahoma City to Abe and Sally (McMillon) Collier. Donna married Dan Maxwell on September 22, 2000 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She worked as a secretary in the trucking industry.
Donna is preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her husband Dan, of the home; five sons, Michael Wallace and wife Patricia, Morris, Oklahoma; Daniel Maxwell and wife Amanda, Alabama; Cody Maxwell, of the home; Kyle Maxwell, Okemah, Oklahoma; Justin Maxwell, of the home; three brothers, Roger Collier and wife Bonnie, Michael Collier both of Claremore, Oklahoma and Tommy Fulton, Hoffman, Oklahoma; two sisters, Samantha Collier of Claremore and Rhonda Palmer and husband Damon of Wichita, Kansas; Mother, Sally McMillon, Hoffman, Oklahoma and a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
