Brenda Sheryl Craig

Brenda Sheryl Sampier Craig, a resident of Dewar passed away Thursday, August 11th, 2022 in Tulsa at the age of 78. She was born February 26th, 1944 in Caney, Oklahoma to Joe A. Sampier and Rachel (Crites) Sampier.

She was a resident of Dewar for forty-seven years and a member of Dewar First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Joel Jacob Daniel Craig, grandson, Jeffrey Michael keith Craig, and a great-granddaughter, Tavin Beth Delilah Arias.

She is survived by her husband John Craig of the home;
Daughters, Tina Delso and Heather Buchanan;
Sons, James Craig, John Craig, Jerry Craig, Joshua Craig, & Jason Craig;
Twenty eight grandchildren and thirty four great grandchildren;
Also by a brother, Jimmy Sampier and wife Jean;
Also by a host of friends and other relatives.

Viewing for John & Brenda will be from 5-8pm Wednesday and 8am until noon on Thursday.

Pallbearers will be John Riker Craig, Christian Craig, Anthony Craig, Joseph Craig, Caleb Craig and Tyler Craig. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ricky Osban, Aubrey Craig, Michael Craig, Jabin Craig and members of the 1983 Dewar Football Team Seniors.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 25th, 2022 at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Ryan Wells and Rev. David Howard officiating. Interment will follow in Morris Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
