Obituary
Betty Milam, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 17, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on August 19, 1947, in Henryetta, Oklahoma.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd Owens and Izetta (Hattabaugh) Owens, son Benny Milam II, daughter Tammy Farris, and one grandson, Jared.
She is survived by her husband, Benny Milam, and their daughter, Shannon Milam of Oklahoma City. Betty was a proud grandmother to Mataya, Nathasha, Kristen Kiser, B.J. Kiser, Ron Kiser, Abby Brown, Brighton Farris, and Gunther Cooper, and she cherished her numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Phyllis Asbill, Johnny Owens, Joyce McKnight, and Bobby Owens.
Throughout her life, Betty enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family and friends.
A private celebration of life service will be held by the family.
