William Deal Lay

William Deal "Bill" Lay, a resident of Henryetta passed away Saturday, November 8th, 2025 in Tulsa at the age of 86. He was born April 11, 1939 in Henryetta to Grady Henry Lay and Minnie Arilla (Sorrels) Lay.

He married Regina Inman September 25th, 1977 in Paris, Texas.

He was a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic for many years, he was a very musical person, he liked working on small motors, he was also a welder and loved fishing and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a son Floyd Thomas Lay, siblings, Wynona Casey, Grady Lay, Ruth Anderson, & Charles Lay.

He is survived by his wife Regina of the home; two children, Belinda Thompson & Brian Lay; a sister, Patricia Henley; four grandchildren, Disa Harron, Josh Frakes, Callie Neva and Derek Lay; also by several great grandchildren. He is further survived by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
