Wilford Foster Bradley

Wilford "Foster" Bradley a resident of Okmulgee, OK passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the age of 69. Foster was born March 25, 1956, to Wilburn "Mitchell" Bradley and Bobbye Jean (Berryman) Bradley.

Foster was born in North Alabama; he was raised in Alabama. As a young man, he moved to Oklahoma, where he met his first wife and had his first daughter Marci Renee.

He would eventually marry Stephanie Dawn (George) Bradley on September 30, 1988. They would have two children: Genna Ladawn Bradley and James William Bradley. Foster would raise his family in Okmulgee, OK and Muscle Shoals, AL.

Foster never met a stranger, he was very friendly, kind, and humorous. He loved his children and family unconditionally. He was an avid crocheter of afghans and was known to gift them to friends and family.

Foster had a colorful work history, he was a jack-of-all-trades, working in glass design, as a millwright, and as a cook. At the time of his retirement, he was working in shipping and receiving for Sara Lee Foods in Florence, AL.

Foster was preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell Bradley and Bobbye Bradley; sister Monica Calhoun; and brother William Bradley.

Foster is survived by his wife Stephanie Bradley of Okmulgee, OK; daughter Marci Renee of Oklahoma; daughter Genna Bradley of Okmulgee, OK; son James Bradley and grandson Killian Bradley of Golden, MS; sister Kathy Alderete of Florence, AL; sister Jacquelyn Geml of St. Clair, MI; and brother Michael Bradley of Jackson, TN. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Willford will be on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church.
