Ruby Faye Carter, a resident of rural Weleetka passed away Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 in Weleetka at the age of 73. She was born October 19th, 1952 in Dustin to Bert Henry Robison and Amy (Kindred) Cornell.

Faye worked at many different vocations and was basically a jack of all trades. She was a beloved member of the Weleetka and surrounding areas and will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bert Henry Robison and Amy (Kindred) Cornell, her husband Eddie Carter, brothers Virgil and Clarence, three sisters, Clarice, Christine, and Lynn.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Weleetka.

She is survived by three sons, Tommy Ray Crawford & wife Tammy of Weleetka; Rodney Gene Crawford & wife Raynae of Hitchita; Joe (Buster) Crawford & wife Haley of Holdenville; one daughter, Tish Grist & husband Bart of Weleetka; nineteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Henry of Henryetta; Carol Carroll of Missouri; a sister-in-law, Margaret Robison as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

Viewing for Faye will be 5-7pm, Tuesday, September 8th at Integrity Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Justin Snelson, Cody Crawford, Rodney Crawford, Jr., Tanner Grist, Beau Johnston, and Rocky Ross. Honorary pallbearers will be, J. T. Spencer, Bert Robison, Scott Robison, Allen Tillery, Jay Henry, and Anthony Mouser.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 9th, 2026 at Weleetka First Baptist Church with Rev. Bert Robison and Rev. Dewayne Davis. Interment will follow in Dustin Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
