Randall Eugene Owen, a resident of Okemah, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 46. He was born January 6, 1970 in Henryetta, OK to Howard Donald Owen & Anita Hares.
Randall is survived by his mother, Anita Hares of the home,
brother, Scott Hares & wife Shelly and their children,
Terry Bush, CHad Hares, and Allana Gallegos,
sister, Laurie Smallwood & husband Joe of Henryetta,
and their children, Amber Large & husband Tobyn and Skylar Smallwood,
as well as several great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 2:00 pm, at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Ryan Wells, officiating.
The family has deemed The Oklahoma Heart Association as an appropriate organization to make donations in Randall's honor.
