Phillip Francis Marshall Jr.

Phillip Francis Marshall, Jr., age 75, of Henryetta, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026. He was born on April 5, 1950, in Henryetta, Oklahoma, and was a lifelong resident of the area.

He was a man of simple joys who found happiness in the things he loved most-hunting, working metal art, and especially chocolate.

He is survived by his family, including his son, Dennis Marshall, of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his daughter, Michelle Taylor and husband Ajan, of Henryetta, Oklahoma; and his daughter, Pam Grafton, of Mounds, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Stephen Knight and wife Megan of Okmulgee; Jordan Howard of McCloud; Caleb Grafton of Eufaula; Jayden Knight of Okmulgee; Jasmine Davenport of Henryetta, Sean Grafton & wife Shyann of Mounds, Oklahoma; Jaxon Marshall of Sillwater, Kali Marshall of Stillwater; and Lainey Marshall of Stillwater. Phillip was further blessed with twelve great-grandchildren,

He is also survived by his sister, Phyliss Chaney of Henryetta, sister, DeAnn Simons of Oklahoma City, good friends, David Morgan aka "Slim" of Okmulgee, Chris Marshall of Okmulgee, and Diana Herman of Okmulgee, as well as other family and friends.

Phillip was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Paul Robert Marshall "Snookie".

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service.
