Patsy Edith Manns a resident of the Wilson Community, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at her home at the age of 67. She was born January 4, 1959, in Henryetta, Oklahoma, to John Shepherd and Edna Shepherd (Brison).

Patsy married Jack Manns, on March 26, 1988, in Schulter, Oklahoma. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and serving others.

A dedicated educator, Patsy spent more than 30 years teaching at Wilson School. She had a passion for helping children learn and touched the lives of countless students throughout her career. She was a member of Nuyaka Baptist Church. She also was a member of the Nuyaka Riding Club for over 30 years.

Above all, Patsy loved her family. She especially enjoyed attending her grandchildren's sporting events and activities, always supporting and encouraging them. In her free time, she found joy in sewing, gardening, and cooking for her family. She will be remembered for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and the love she shared with everyone around her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandparents.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Manns of the home; daughter, Jesica Sparkman and husband Darren; son, Josh Harelson and wife Belinda of Henryetta and Caleb Harelson and husband Canada Fleming; daughter, Maegan Hall and husband Michael; son, Marvin Manns, son, Tanner Manns and wife Sommer; eight grandchildren, Emma Matthews and husband Paxton, Kyle Sparkman, Lora Sparkman, Sawyer Harelson, Charlie Harelson, Lily Manns, Olivia Hall, and Madison Manns; one sister, Johnnie Legg and husband Andy of Meeker; niece, Andra Tipton; nephew, Jordan Legg; along with numerous other relatives, former students, and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, with the family present to receive friends from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2026, at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Clint Sinclair and Rev. John Russell officiating. Interment will follow at Salt Creek Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Josh Harelson, Caleb Harelson, Kyle Sparkman, Sawyer Harelson, Charlie Harelson, and Andy Legg.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jordan Legg, Marvin Manns, Tanner Manns, Andy Hickman, Michael Hall, Canada Fleming, Darren Sparkman, Mike Witt, Gerald Toon, and Rick Duncan.
