Judy Kay Smith, a resident of Dewar, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 74. She was born February 6, 1951, in Henryetta, Oklahoma, to Lee Owens and Maxine Nuckolls.
Judy was a faithful member of Dewar United Pentecostal Church and she also cherished her time as a member of the Apostolic House of Prayer in Henryetta. She dedicated over 35 years of service as a meat wrapper and was a proud member of the Meat Wrappers Union. Her strong work ethic and commitment to her faith were evident throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob Smith; her daughter, Judith Dailey; and her infant son, Bobby Smith Jr.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Stacie Mann and husband David of Independence, Kansas; her son, Urijah Mahan of the home; and her grandchildren, Richard E. Mann, Alexander Mann, Olivia Mann, Dustyn Dailey, Trae King, Sydne King, and Jaxxon King. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Sawyer King, Sabrina Smith, and Lillyanna Dailey; her sister, Barbara Swem and husband Clay; her brothers, Sam Mahan and Buford Nuckolls; her sister, Kathy Nuckolls; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Richard E. Mann, Urijah Mahan, Dustyn Dailey, Trae King, Jaxxon King, and Sam Mahan.
Viewing will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Dewar United Pentecostal Church, with Pastor Matthew Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Lackey Cemetery in Hitchita, Oklahoma.
