John Wayne Morgan, a resident of Henryetta passed away Wednesday, October 11th, 2017 in Henryetta at the age of 79. He was born July 23rd, 1938 in Milner, Colorado to Howard Morgan & Elizabeth (White) Morgan. John worked in commercial transportation and was a member of Dewar First Baptist Church.
He married Georgia Luellen Miller April 14, 2004 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of forty-six years, Margaret Morgan in 2002 his parents, a brother, Jack Morgan, and two sisters, Carol Ann Smith & Marilyn Yandle.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia of the home; Their children, Marty Jon Morgan & wife Ann of Tulsa; Janay Oliver & Jeff Putt of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Karen Brewer & husband Ralph of Okemah; Sherry Noah of Henryetta; Jack Pangle, Jr. of Henryetta; Also fifteen grandchildren & twelve great grandchildren; Two brothers, Ted Morgan & wife Susan of New Castle; Bobby Morgan & wife bobbie of Henryetta; Also by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
Viewing will be 8am - 8pm Friday, October 13th at Integrity Funeral Service.
Memorial Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Ryan Wells & Rev. Jack Vance officiating. Inurnment will be in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
