Billie Janice Oliver

Billie Janice Oliver, a resident of Henryetta passed away Saturday, May 30th, 2026 in Henryetta at the age of 82. She was born January 27th, 1944 in Owensboro, Kentucky to William Franklin and Cecyl (Dart) Franklin.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Taylor Fritz.

Janice is survived by a daughter, Cecyl Stubbs of North Richland Hills, Texas; also by a son, Woody Stubbs of Henryetta; Three grandchildren, Kelsey Williams, Miranda Stubbs and Amanda Null; Also by nine great-grandchildren and a host friends and other relatives.

At the families request, the casket will remain closed.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 8th 2026 at Integrity Chapel. Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
