Ivey Lenore Siau

Ivey Lenore Siau, 54, a resident of Henryetta, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, June 5th, 2025 at her home in Henryetta, Ivey was born August 10th, 1970 in Alexandria, Louisiana to Amilee(Ivey) and William "Bill" Clinton Siau.

Ivey is preceded in death by her dad Bill Siau and husband, Phillip Kichler.

Ivey lived in seven states and also in the Netherlands. While Living in California during her Junior and High School years Ivey volunteered her time to work with severely handicapped and deaf children.

Ivey relocated to Virginia where she volunteered more of her time in an Animal Rescue & Rehab Center. She loved spending time wading through streams hunting for fossils and arrowheads.

Ivey also worked in acrylics and watercolors and sold pet portraits, won numerous awards for her artwork and bartered artwork for a pet parrot she wanted.

In her photography, she won numerous awards, even having her work used by a geneticist in a lecture on fish and aquarium life. A national fish breeder also used Ivey's fish photos.

In 2007 Ivey entered her first taxidermy animal a red fox in The Florida State Professional Division and took the top eight awards, including Best in Show and People's Choice. She also won several awards in Oklahoma City for her Wolverine.

In 1988 Ivey won, not based on her talent, but on her inner and outer beauty, The Revlon\s "Most Unforgettable Woman" for the State of Louisiana. She sent in three pictures and an essay to receive this honor.

Recently Ivey spent time online with her "Fish Family", the friends she made that were also interested in fishkeeping and involving others in the hobby. She participate in a UTUBE interview about her fish and also has videos of her fish under her pen name "Bunny Viper Aquatics".

Ivey had a big heart, always wanting to do for a help others. Her life was a testament of using her talents to bring others joy and sharing her art with everyone. Ivey was much loved and will be greatly missed.

Ivey is survived by her mother, Amilee Siau of the home.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10:00AM Wednesday, June 18th, 2025 at the Henryetta Church of Christ, 413 W. Broadway St., Henryetta, OK 7443
