Dominic Lynch-Lee Waterdown

Dominic Lynch-Lee Waterdown, a resident of Okmulgee passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 32. He was born on March 15, 1994, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, to Shana Waterdown and Ellis Brown, Jr.

Dominic worked detailing cars, where he took great pride in his work. He had a passion for automobiles and especially loved the color red. Above all else, Dominic cherished his family and the time he spent with those he loved. He had the biggest heart and tried to keep the peace between everyone. He truly and deeply loved his family, especially his big brother, Mekko, whom he named.

He is survived by his mother, Shana Waterdown; his son, Carsyn Waterdown; his brother, Mekko Wayne; his aunts, Teresa James, Sammie Pressler, and Lisa Waterdown; his uncle, Jess Waterdown; he also had a special lady friend whom he truly loved, Josie Newman (Waterdown), along with a host of cousins, extended family members, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Yanah Proctor, and his grandfather, John Waterdown.

A wake service will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Middlecreek Indian Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2026 at Middlecreek Indian Baptist Church Creek with Rev. Mark Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Proctor Family Cemetery.

Dominic will be remembered for his love of family, his passion for cars, and the pride he took in his work. Though his life was cut short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
