Rowena Brownfield, a longtime resident of Hoffman passed away Sunday, August 9th, 2026 in Hoffman at the age of 92. She was born April 8th, 1934 in Hitchita to William Charles Stanton and Florence (Kidwell) Stanton.

She married Donald "Tommy" Brownfield October 16, 1952 in Hoffman, Oklahoma. She worked for more than thirty years as secretary for the Rural Water Department, District #4. She was a longtime member of Hoffman First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Florence Stanton, her husband Tommy Brownfield, a daughter, Debbie Brownfield Vaughn, a son Darin Brownfield as well as eleven brothers and sisters.

She is survived by five children, Paula Whitmire of Hoffman, Tommy Brownfield of Holy Oak, Colorado, Larry Brownfield and wife Jeannie of Hoffman, Lisa Webb and husband Dewayne of Claremore, and Amy Dobbs and husband Davie of Wilson Community; Seventeen grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; Also, by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

Viewing for Rowena will be from 3:00 p.m., until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 13th, 2026 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be, Jerry Britt, Butch Norman, Chase Whitmire, Jared Brownfield, Brad Brownfield, and Lane Slone.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 14th, 2026 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Kevin Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Hoffman Cemetery under direction and care of Integrity Funeral Service.
