Deborah Sue McCullar

Deborah (Debbie) S. McCullar a resident of Checotah, OK passed from this life on 08/29/2025 in the loving arms of her children. Debbie was born in Henryetta, OK on 08/19/1960 to CB Martin and Mabel Mae Lundy Martin.

Debbie grew up in Hanna, OK and attended Hanna High School and later attended Connors State College. Debbie married Jackie McCullar in 1980, and they raised their two children, Mandy & Kentley, on the farm east of Hanna then later moved to the Wainwright/Oktaha area. Debbie was employed at Complete Home Services as a Nurse/Case Manager. She loved working with the elderly and disabled. Her hobbies were crocheting, sewing/quilting, and flower gardening. Debbie moved to Checotah in 2019 and made her home there. She is proceeded in death by her grandparents John and Lena Martin and James H and Maggie Lundy, her parents CB & Mabel Martin, four brothers Charles Martin, Gene Martin, Rex Roland, and Bobby Martin, and nephew Adam Martin. She is survived by her children Kentley McCullar & Nikki of Checotah, OK and Miranda (Mandy) McCullar of Morris, OK. Four grandsons Drake Crosby & Jessie Gott of Hitchita, OK, Bryer Crosby & Annabell Callaway of Hitchita, OK, Tucker Crosby of Morris, OK, Cooper McCullar of Checotah, OK. One granddaughter Kennedy McCullar of Texanna, OK. Two great grandsons Ruger Crosby and Coye Crosby of Hitchita, OK. Four bonus grandchildren Baleigh Brassfield of Okmulgee, OK, Waylon Brassfield of Checotah, OK, Madison Brassfield of Checotah, OK, and Clyde Brassfield of Checotah, OK. Debbie is also survived by her loving sisters Brenda Mulliniks & Gerald of Eufaula, OK, Mary Cummisky of Eufaula, OK, Janet Bradford of Muskogee, OK, and Maggie Young of San Angelo, TX and one brother Bill Ransom of San Angelo, TX, a host of nephews and nieces, and lifelong friends.

Visitation will be from 8am - 8pm on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral Services will be held at Integrity Funeral Service Chapel in Henryetta, OK on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Wesley Berry, officiating with burial immediately following at Hanna Cemetery.
