Creighton Wayne Barnoski

February 23, 1993 — August 7, 2025

Creighton Wayne Barnoski, 32, of Henryetta, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He was born on February 23, 1993, in Ada, Oklahoma, and was baptized at Big Arbor Church in Eufaula.

Creighton lived his life with a spirit of curiosity, adventure, and love for the world around him. He found joy in drawing, hiking, camping, and fishing, and he had a special fondness for watching scary movies. Creighton loved to be on the road, exploring new places and taking in the sights. Many times, he would pick up his youngest brother, Byron, and the two would drive with no destination in mind-just enjoying the journey together.

For the past four years, Creighton shared his life with his partner, Helea Factor, and together they were blessed with one child, Enhesse-Mahe Barnoski. He was also a devoted father to Harmony Barnoski, Freeland Barnoski, and Thessus Barnoski, loving each of his children deeply and taking pride in the family he built.

Creighton was proud of his heritage and active in his ceremonial ground, where he carried forward traditions that were important to him and his family. His presence there was felt not only in his participation, but in the way he encouraged others to stay connected to their roots.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine King-Hicks; his grandparents, Wilson and Wanda King; his Uncle Bobby King; and his Uncle Wilson King Jr.

He is survived by his partner, Helea Factor; his children, Harmony, Freeland, Thessus, and Enhesse-Mahe; his father, Burnett Barnoski of Henryetta; his brothers, Trenton Barnoski of Okmulgee and Byron Barnoski of Henryetta; and a large, loving extended family: Uncle Barney Barnoski Jr.; Aunt Nanine Barnoski; Aunt Nadine Barnoski; Uncle Allen King; Uncle Jimmy King and his wife, Dana; Aunt Linda Bemore; Aunt Joann Harjo; Aunt Dewaynea King; Aunt Lisa Sands and her husband, Clifford; and Aunt Karen King. Creighton also leaves behind many friends and relatives who will forever cherish the time and memories they shared with him.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Crawford, Michael Evans, Jordon Hicks, Matthew King, Clifton Sands, and Chris Yarbourgh. Honorary pallbearers will include Austin Billings, Clifford Sands, Allen King, Jimmy King, JJ Lewis, Cody, Mason, Jay Fife, along with his many cousins who shared in his life and memories.

Wake services will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Little Cussetah United Methodist Church in rural Okmulgee. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Little Cussetah United Methodist Church with Rev. Nelson Harjo officiating. Interment will take place at Burgess Family Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Creighton's life was full of love, laughter, and the freedom of the open road. He will be remembered for his adventurous heart, his devotion to his family, and his commitment to his traditions.
