Charles Leon Slinker, Jr., 56, a resident of Mounds, Oklahoma passed away Monday, March 16th, 2026 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Charles was born December 28th, 1969 to Grace Marie Brown and Charles Leon Slinker Sr. in Mid West City, Oklahoma.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents.

Charles is survived by a brother Roger Bell and wife Denise, sister LaResa Slinker, his companion of many years, Tina Dee Thompson, his Slinker siblings from Midwest City and a host of beloved relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Those serving as Pallbearers will be: Ethan Bell, Corey Slinker, Shaunry Thomas Jr., Tyler Hill, Shannon Brown, Caden Wixson, Glen Brown, and Hunter Wixson. Honorary Pallbearers: Duck Creek Ceremonial Ground, Iron Post Ceremonial Ground, Mekko Thompson, John A. Brown, Danny Deo, and Vince Deo.

Visitation and Viewing is scheduled for 5:00PM to 8:00PM Sunday, March 22nd, 2026 at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 E. Trudgeon St., Henryetta, OK 74437.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1:00PM Monday, March 23rd, 2026 at Integrity chapel, 410 E. Trudgeon St., Henryetta, OK , 74437

Interment to follow at Hill-Thompson Family Cemetery, Salem Community.
