Mary Elisa Woodward

Mary "Lisa" Woodward, a resident of Okmulgee, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 10th, 2023, at her home at the age of 61. She was born on September 6th, 1961, in Durant, OK to Charles Hunt & Gwendolyn Stalbird-Abbott.


Mary was a strong, kind, loving, forgiving, and compassionate person. She loved to laugh and enjoy life. She loved her family dearly. She enjoyed serving the community during her 18 years at Deep Fork Community Action Foundation. Being a granny was her favorite job. She had a pure heart.


She was preceded in death by her brother Robert Stalbird, Jr., Grandmother Stella Elizabeth (Lee) Lewis, father Robert Stalbird, mother Gwendolyn Stalbird-Abbott, husband of 19 years; Frank Woodward and son Dustin Williams.


Mary is survived by her sister Ann Pfeiffer & husband Alan of Sapulpa, OK, brother Michael & wife Jarilyn of Okmulgee, Ok, sister Sandy Stevenson & husband Ron of Coweta, OK, sister Christina Keen & husband Johnny of Leon, KS. Son Robert & wife Misty of Boynton, OK, daughter Susan Stretch & husband Keith of Morris, OK, daughter Sarah Boolman & husband Gary of Okmulgee, OK, son Jason Boolman of Kellyville, OK, 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews as well as other friends and family.
