Linda Hansley Obituary
Linda Sue Hansley, a resident of Henryetta, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 27, 2014 in Henryetta at the age of 63. Linda was born on July 25, 1950 in Dallas, Texas to Walter Lee Barnes and Thelma Marie Wilmoth.
Linda grew up living in both Oklahoma and New Mexico. She attended Okmulgee High School. She is remembered as a strong Christian woman who had great love for her family. Linda enjoyed singing, especially in church, and playing the tambourine. LInda married the love of her life, Frank D. Hansley in Okmulgee, OK on July 23, 2010. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and will be missed deeply by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father; and by two sisters, Mary Ann Hudson and Virginia Lee Taylor.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Hansley of the home; two sons, Larry Howard Lee Bowen and wife Chiemi of Rosefield, CA and Christopher William Brent Bowen and fiance' Nielly of Tulsa; a daughter, Trena Beth Rodriquez and husband Angelo of Wewoka; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; by five sisters, Molly Carter and husband D.L. of Yukon, OK, Janet Nelson and husband Ronnie of Okmulgee, Diane Taber and husband Stony of Okmulgee, Dina Cantrell and husband Tommy of Henryetta, Kathy Morrison and husband Gene of Justine, TX; by numerous other extended family and many good friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta. Friends may send condolences to the family at www.integrityfuneralservice.com.
