Linda Hicks Obituary
Linda Jean Hicks resident of Salem passed away on Wednesday, December 26th, 2018 at her home. Linda was a homemaker. Linda was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on May 13th,1955 to Sissie Lewis (Factor) and Jonas Artussee.
Linda was preceded in death by her father, Jonas Artussee, grandfather, Edmond Factor, grandmother, Minnie Factor, husband, Jim Hicks, sister, Letha Jane Artussee, and sister Linna Jacobs.
Linda is survived by two sons,
Jeremiah Hicks & wife Carrie of Dewar,
and Jared Hicks & Heather Bennett of Henryetta,
three sisters, Loretta Thomas of Okmulgee,
Laura Lou Artussee of Okmulgee
and Chippie Lewis of Henryetta,
mother, Sissie Factor of Hanna
and brother Harley Wayne Lewis of Hanna,
Seven grandchildren, Bradley Hicks, Alisha Hicks,
Brock Hicks, Mahaley Hicks, Syrus Hicks Kyra Hicks, and Aniyah Hicks,
and by a special friend, Twilla Mitchell of Henryetta.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday December 29, 2018 at 1:00pm at Big Cussetah Methodist Church, with Rev. John Wayne Tulsa officiating. Red Hicks and Arnold Taylor will be assisting. Interment will be held at New Sonora Cemetery.
There will be a Wake Service held at the church on Friday December 28 at 7pm.
Services are under the care and direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta, Oklahoma.
