Albert Leon Peters

Albert Leon Peters, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 in Okmulgee, OK at the age of 52. He was born June 6, 1967 in Bakersfield, CA to Steven Leon Peters & Evelyn Josephine (Miller) Peters.

He was a member of the Dewar First Baptist Church for the past 24 years where he served on several church groups but loved working with the youth group & especially the nursery. He loved to coach his kids in baseball and softball.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Steven and Evelyn Peters, his grandparents, Leon Peters and Albert and Naomi Miller, uncle, Herbert Peters, and cousin, Herbert Loyd Peters.

Albert is survived by his wife, Amanda "Mandy" Peters (Russell) of the home,
children; Joshua Peters & wife Holli of Morris, OK,
Tiffany Peters & boyfriend Joseph Bickel of the home,
and Justin Tarvin & wife Shawnna of Okmulgee, OK,
his 4 legged son "Boomer"

Viewing will be from 4-8 pm on Sunday, December 1, 2019 and from 8am-8pm on Monday, December 2nd with the family present to greet friends from 6-8 on Monday at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Ryan Wells and Rev. Brett Wheeler, officiating. Interment will follow at Morris Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
