Mackey F Lambert, a longtime resident of Henryetta, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 8th, 2017 in Henryetta at the age of 47. Mackey was born on November 16. 1969 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Rickey Louis Lambert and Charleen Marie Jenkins Lambert. Mackey moved to Henryetta at age 5 with his family and attended Henryetta Public Schools, where he participated in wrestling, baseball, and football programs. While in high school, Mackey proudly worked side by side with his father at Rick's Window Fashions. Mackey graduated from Henryetta High School with the Class of 1988.

Following high school, Mackey attended college for two years at Connors State College. Mackey later went to work with several oilfield service companies including Helmerich & Payne, Cactus Drilling, and Chesapeake Energy. Mackey later became self-employed as a drilling consultant.

Mackey was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. Most of all Mackey was absolutely devoted to his family and he was an active participant in the lives of his nieces and nephews, whom he deeply loved. Mackey was a loving father, son, brother, and uncle and he will be missed by the hundreds of people he called friends, and by all members of his family.

Mackey was preceded in death by his father, Rickey Lambert; his sister, Gloria Michelle Lambert; an aunt, Charletta Jones; his maternal grandparents, Alva Faye Jenkins and Charley Mack Jenkins; his paternal grandparents, William Clint Lambert and Lenora Lambert.

He is survived by his mother, Charleen Lambert of New Hampshire; a daughter, Gabrielle Silkwood of Henryetta; his brother, Rickey Lambert and wife Robin of Berlin, NH; two sisters, Lana Reid and husband Kevin of Henryetta and Debra Petrella and husband Kevin of Grand Blanc, MI; nieces, Megan Clason and husband Kyle, Sarah Reid, Jordan Lambert, and Charlotte Petrella; nephews, John Reid, Rickey Lambert, Owen Petrella, and Grant Petrella; great nieces, Luna, Brooklynne, Fawn and Amelia; great nephews, Reks and Eli; an uncle, Bob Jones; by his longtime best friend, Josh Delso of Henryetta, Rachele Delso Thomas and their children, Ayla Delso, Thalia Delso, and Zef Thomas; and by cousins, Tamara Kuriger, Tonya Stansbury, Bob Jones, and Trinity Perrin; by numerous other extended family, colleagues, and many good friends.

The family has designated The Association for Fronto Temporal Degeneration, 290 King of Prussia Road, Building 2, Suite 320, Radnor, PA 19087 as appropriate for memorial contributions. This organization can also be reached at www.theaftd.org.

Viewing for Mackey will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017 from noon until 8:00pm and on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 8:00am until 8:00pm.

A funeral service for Mackey will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 2:00pm at the First Baptist Church in Dewar. Interment will follow immediately at Creekmine Cemetery in Henryetta under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.

Pallbearers will be Josh Delso, Tom Harkins, Chris Hicks, Bob Jones, Rob Guynes, Kyle Clason, Brian Russell, and Kevin Petrella. Honorary bearers will be Uncle Bob, Tim Davenport, Dennis Soule, Brent Roberts, Jason Donathan and Bobby Holland.
