Loren "Lee" Edison East, Jr., a resident of Tulsa passed away Friday, January 12th, 2018 in Tulsa at the age of 77 from prostate cancer. He was born September 2, 1940 in Sand Springs, OK to Loren Edison East, Sr. and Ollie Ida (Condray) East. He was a graduate of Dewar High School Class of 1958 and attended East Central University in Ada, OK. He had a passion for sewing machine and small engine repair. He was the owner/operator of the Will Rogers Sewing Machine Repair in Tulsa for many years. He loved to race go karts and competed in many races.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Ollie East, one brother, Calvin East, and two sisters, Helen "June" Edwards and Thela Louvierre.

He is survived by his companion of 21 years, Georgiann McClure of the home;

Along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, January 26, 2018 at 2pm at ClareHouse, 7617 S. Mingo, Tulsa, OK 74133. Interment of ashes will be at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta, OK.
