Kevin Dean Smith, a resident of Henryetta passed away Thursday, March 23rd, 2017 in Henryetta at the age of 42. He was born July 25, 1974 in Okemah to Arlie Dean Smith and Frances L. (Thomas) Smith.

Kevin was a graduate of Henryetta High School class of 1993. He had worked for G & H Decoy in Henryetta and was a member of the Schulter Christian Assembly.

He is preceded in death by his father, Arlie Dean Smith as well as all of his grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, Frances L. Smith of the home;
One sister, Angie Thomas & husband Michael of Henryetta;
Two nephews, Weston & Austin Thomas of Henryetta;
Uncle, Richard Thomas & wife Sharon of Henryetta;
As well as other aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other relatives.

Viewing for Kevin will be from 3 - 8 pm, Monday, March 27, 2017, on Tuesday from 8am - 8pm with family present to greet friends from 6 - 8pm.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Diane Twist & Rev. Phil Tally officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
