Jackie Blaine Weimer, a resident of Dewar passed away Tuesday, March 6th, 2018 in Henryetta at the age of 72. He was born August 25, 1945 in Henryetta. He attended Dewar Public Schools and was a NDE Technician with the pipeline industry for many years.
Jackie married Vivian Thompson in Dewar, Oklahoma by Rev. Jack. Vance. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lamar, Oklahoma, the Operating Engineers Union 112, the Okmulgee Elks Lodge and the American Legion. Jackie served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Oletha "Mugs" Hale.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian of the home in Dewar;
5 children, Kevin Weimer of Okemah;
Jackie Wayne Weimer & wife Stacy of Okmulgee;
Gaylynn Christenberry & husband Nick of Chicago;
Amanda Weimer & wife Whitney
Jennifer Weaver of Henryetta;
Also 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren;
1 sister, Linda Duncan & husband Don of Dewar;
His long time best friend James Smith of Dewar;
Also by a host of friends and other relatives.
Viewing for Jackie will be 5-8pm Thursday at Integrity Funeral Services, and 8-12pm Friday.
Pallbearers will be Austin Chrisenberry, Tyler Christenberry, Kody Weimer, Kameron Weimer, Hunter Duncan, & Jerrell Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be, James Smith & Gary "Smokey" Freeman.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday at Dewar United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Jack Vance, pastor of First Baptist Church of Lamar officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
