Frank Ray Duca, a resident of Henryetta passed away Saturday, June 18th, 2016 in Henryetta at the age of 88. He was born April 13, 1928 in Dewar, Oklahoma to Frank R. Duca, Sr. and Eva (Holmes) Duca. Beloved husband for over 65 years to Mary (Prewitt) Duca, and father to Bobby (Gerri), Barbara, and Lizabeth (Tom) all of California, Grandfather of 9, Great-Grandfather of 20 and Great-Great-Grandfather of 1. He was raised in and around the area of Henryetta most of his youth. He was a WW II Army Veteran and served as a paratrooper in the 11th Airborne. After his discharge he returned to Henryetta and married Mary Prewitt in 1950. They moved to Southern California in late 1953 to work for the Kaiser Steel Corporation and remained there to work and raise his family until his retirement in 1980. After retiring, he and Mary came back home to Oklahoma to live the good life at their ranch in Ryal, Oklahoma. After retiring from the ranch,Frank and Mary moved to Henryetta where they lived until his death. Frank is preceeded in death by his parents, Frank and Eva Duca, his brother Alfred, and a grandson, Wesley. There will be no service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Disabled Veterans.
