Charles Ray Foley, a resident of Piedmont, formerly of Tulsa passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 58. He was born August 18, 1959 in Talihina, OK to Phillip Parton & Josephine (Foley).

He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents, Hattie and Joe Foley, wife Sandra Foley, and two grandsons, Andruw and Austin Jones.

sister, Kelly Klinkole of Boone, Oklahoma,
brother, Danny Parton of Tishomingo,
brother, Michael Culley of Wetumka,
sister, Debbie Wilbourn of Wetumka,
sister, Donna Powers of Shawnee,
brother, Darrell Duane Mooney of Wetumka,
sister, Jennifer Prince of Wetumka,
sister, Angie Buxton of Seminole,
as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Wake Services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 7pm at Grace Baptist Church (123 East Broadway Street) in Wetumka.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday, January 4, 2017 at 1:00pm at Grace Baptist Church (123 East Broadway Street) in Wetumka with Rev. Mark Smith, officiating. Interment will follow at Salt Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
